1. A. OFFER & OFFER PERIOD:

 i. These are the Terms and Conditions for SPIN THE WHEEL (“Offer”) being run   and sponsored by Phalada Organic Consumer Products Private Limited   (“Phalada Pure & Sure”).
 ii. This Offer shall commence on November 15th, 2021, 11:00 AM and shall be   valid till December 15^th, 2021, at 11.59 PM (“Offer Period”).
 iii. It is hereby clarified that the Offer is a promotional activity carried out by   Phalada Pure & Sure. Participation in the Offer is voluntary and does not   guarantee any reward or prize.
 iv. To participate, you must SPIN THE WHEEL and enter your email ID.
 v. By taking part in this Offer, Participant confirms that they accept the terms and   conditions set out herein.
 

2. B. PARTICIPATION & ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA UNDER THE OFFER:

i. This Offer is open to all citizens of India who are of 18 years or above age as on date of commencement of the Offer. The persons who are residents (permanent/temporary) of any state/union territory within the territory of India shall not be entitled to participate in this Offer, wherever such Offer is prohibited by applicable law.
ii. Employees, representatives, or agents of Phalada Pure & Sure and its affiliates, subsidiaries, associate, or group companies are ineligible to participate in this Offer. Further, members of the immediate family of any persons described above are also ineligible to participate in this Offer. Immediate family for the purpose of this Offer shall mean parents, siblings, children, and spouse.
iii. You hereby agree and confirm that you meet the eligibility criteria as set out by Phalada Pure & Sure hereunder to participate in the Offer. In case if Phalada Pure & Sure determines at any stage that you are ineligible for the Offer or that you have misrepresented your details, Phalada Pure & Sure shall have the right to disqualify You from the Offer immediately without any recourse or liability on the part of Phalada Pure & Sure.
iv. Phalada Pure & Sure does not charge any participation fees for this offer, we advise you to avoid and report (info@pureandsure.in) any person charging participation fees on the name of Phalada Pure & Sure.

 

3. C. PRIZES UNDER THIS OFFER*:

i. The participant may win one of the following rewards –

Discounts: 10% off on next order, 5% off on next 2 orders, Additional 5% off on Millets, Flat Rs. 50 Off on next 2 orders, Additional 5% Off on Olive Oil.

* One participant shall be eligible to win a maximum of one (1) prize under this Offer. Apart from the specifications stated above, any other product specifications shall be decided at the sole discretion of Phalada Pure & Sure and Phalada Pure & Sure shall not entertain any claim from the winners with respect to the same.

 

4. D. SELECTION & ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS:

i. Winners shall be chosen as per the random algorithm. The selection process shall be internal to and at the sole discretion of Phalada Pure & Sure. If for any reason whatsoever, it is subsequently found that the Participant has breached any part of these Terms and Conditions, the reward won by the participant shall be considered null.
ii. The winners shall be intimated via email and pop-up on their screen. In case, the participant has won a FREE GIFT in the offer, they would have to add that product to their cart to avail the gift. Phalada Pure & Sure, does not take any responsibility if the customer doesn’t add the gift product to their cart. In case of the discount coupons, the customer is entitled to use the gift coupon code before January 15^th, 2022. If the customer fails to claim the offer before the deadline, Phalada Pure & Sure will no longer be responsible to provide any special benefits/rewards.

5. E. PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

i. All the rewards and gift coupons can only be redeemed at www.pureandsure.in.
ii. In case the gratification is not received within reasonable period from such dispatch date as specified above, the winner shall write to Phalada Pure & Sure at info@pureandsure.in to raise the concern.
iv. Phalada Pure & Sure does not make any warranty in relation to the gratification, including, without limitation, their functionality and/or features. Phalada Pure & Sure shall not be liable for loss or damage of the gratification once issued. The items can’t be replaced or cancelled after being issued. Reproduction, resale, modification, or trade of items is prohibited.
v. In specific relation to the gratification, the following terms shall apply:
▪ The prize(s) are not substitutable with cash or credit alternative and no requests shall be entertained in this regard from the winners.
▪ Phalada Pure & Sure shall not be held responsible for any damaged or lost in transit, delayed or undelivered items and towards other errors whatsoever in relation to the products.
vi. The gratification is neither assignable nor transferable under any circumstances.

6. F. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:

i. Phalada Pure & Sure reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute all or any portion of the above prizes with items of equal or greater value thereof. Phalada Pure & Sure also reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate this Offer for any reason and without notice.

ii. By participating in this Offer, the Participant agrees:

▪ To be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The decision of Phalada Pure & Sure with respect to this Offer and in relation to the Participant’s adherence to the Terms and Conditions shall be final and binding; and

▪ To hold harmless Phalada Pure & Sure, its subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising and promotion agencies and all their respective officers, directors, employees and 

agents against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Offer or acceptance, use or misuse of any prizes therein.  You hereby accept and acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in the Offer and by participating in the Offer, you shall release Phalada Pure & Sure and its Affiliates from any liability with respect to the same.

iii. You understand that Phalada Pure & Sure shall have the right to freely share/use/advertise the content posted/published/provided by you pursuant to this Offer and your profile name and picture associated with your social media account that is reflecting against such post/comment. Accordingly, you hereby provide a license to Phalada Pure & Sure to use such information/content in perpetuity and without any restrictions whatsoever.

iv. It is hereby clarified that Phalada Pure & Sure might run other similar offers in parallel to this Offer. However, by participating in this Offer, you shall not be eligible to automatically participate in any other offer and such other offer(s) shall be solely governed by specific terms and conditions formulated by Phalada Pure & Sure for such offers.

v. You hereby undertake and warrant that You shall not post/comment any content(s)/comment(s) under this Offer, which is offensive, obscene, pornographic, is capable of disrupting peace and harmony, religious, discriminating, political, abusive or harassing.

vi. It is hereby clarified that no other benefit apart from the one mentioned in the description of the Offer under these Terms and Conditions hereinabove shall be provided to the winners of the Offer.

vii. The decisions made by Phalada Pure & Sure in relation to the Offer shall be final and binding on the Parties. Any failure on the part of Phalada Pure & Sure to enforce any portion or all these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of the same.

viii. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of Participants and Phalada Pure & Sure in connection with this Offer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any matter or dispute connected with this Offer.

ix. Personal information provided in connection with this Offer shall be used and disclosed by Phalada Pure & Sure as may be necessary for the purposes of administering this Offer and otherwise in accordance with Phalada Pure & Sure’s privacy policy
