I bought pure&sure palm sugar from a department store. I added in boiling milk as a substitute for sugar to make tea. It precipitated with the milk and became undrinkable. Should I not boil this with water or milk? How to add in tea?

What you noticed is completely natural Pure & Sure Palm Sugar is minimally refined and slightly acidic, which can sometimes cause milk to curdle if added while it’s boiling. To avoid this, we recommend adding the palm sugar after the tea and milk have finished boiling, when the liquid is hot but no longer bubbling. This way, the milk stays smooth and your tea remains perfectly enjoyable.
