How does the discount work?
Once you join, you’ll see a upto 25% discount applied at checkout to every Pure & Sure product. No code needed. The price on every product page will reflect your member price.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account. You’ll continue to have member benefits until the end of your current term — no pro-rated refunds, but no further charges either.
Does the membership auto-renew?
Yes, all plans auto-renew at the end of the term at the same price. We’ll email you a reminder two weeks before each renewal.
What happens if I stop buying for a while?
Your membership stays active until the term ends. After that, you can renew whenever you want to start using the benefits again.
Can I gift a membership?
Yes. You can buy a plan for someone else or contact support if you need help with the account details.
Is there a family plan?
Not yet. One membership is tied to one account, but anyone in the household can place orders through that account.
