If You Receive a Damaged Product
We’re really sorry to hear that! If your product arrives damaged, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost.
- Please email us at info@pureandsure.in within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Replacements take 7–10 days to be delivered.
- If your order had multiple items, only the damaged item will be replaced.
- We’ll respond within 24–48 hours and offer full assistance to make things right.
If Something Is Missing from Your Order
We understand how frustrating this can be, and we’ll make it right.
- Notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing info@pureandsure.in.
Please include the following in your email:
- Your order number
- Image of the invoice
- One photo of the outer box
- Two clear images of the opened box
- We won’t be able to process refunds for missing items, but we will promptly send you the missing product
- You’ll hear back from us within 24–48 hours, and we’ll assist you every step of the way.
If the Product is Spoiled
We’re committed to quality, but if you believe the product is spoiled, we’re here to help.
- Let us know within 2 days of delivery at info@pureandsure.in.
- Please include:
- Order number
- Date of packaging/manufacture
- Clear images or video of the product
Note: Since our products are 100% natural and handcrafted, slight variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma are normal and not considered spoilage. These are signs of authenticity, not compromise.
- After reviewing the information, we’ll investigate thoroughly and offer a fair resolution.
- If required, we’ll replace the product.
- You’ll get a response within 24–48 hours, with full support throughout.

Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
It typically takes 2-3 business days to ship your order and 7-10 business days for your order to arrive. Once your order is confirmed, you will be provided with a link to track your order status and package in real time. For domestic customers, we offer free shipping for all orders above INR 500.
International Shipping:
Good news for our international patrons, we now ship internationally. If you are are an international customer, you can write to us on our customer care email - info@pureandsure.in and we will take in your orders based on your product preferences and shipping location.
