Tofu Veggie Burger
Tofu, sauteed garlic, sauteed celery, blanched carrots, blanched beans, blanched potatoes, frozen peas, salt, oregano, chilli flakes, maida, cornflour, water
Cut each burger bun horizontally into two. Apply a tbsp. of Pure & Sure Tomato Ketchup on both the sides of the bun. On the lower side of the bun, first place a leaf of lettuce, then the Pure & Sure Tofu Veggie Patty, followed by a thin slice of onion and tomato. Cover with the upper half of the bun and serve.
