Tofu Veggie Burger


Ingredients:

Tofu, Garlic, Celery, Carrots, Beans, Potatoes, Peas, Salt, Oregano, Chilly Flakes, Maida, Cornflour and Water

Cooking Instructions:

Cut each burger bun horizontally into two. Apply a tbsp. of pure & sure tomato ketchup on both the sides of the bun, then on lower side of the bun place a lettuce leaf, Then deep fry / shallow fry the pure &sure tofu patty in medium heat and place it on the bed of that. Add a slice of onion & tomato on the patty and cover with the upper half of the bun. And serve.
