Vegan Thai Soup
Ingredients:
Red Thai paste, Sunflower oil, Ginger and Garlic
Cooking Instructions:
Take a pan, heat it and add 40g of Pure & Sure Thai soup paste. Sauté for a few seconds, then add 100ml of Pure & Sure Coconut Milk and 50ml of water. Cook it for a few minutes and serve hot.
